The room looked great and was extremely cold. It took approximately 30 rings before they picked up at the front desk. When they did they sent up a guy. The guy was supposed to check the heating system and didn’t know how. He handed me 2 blankets. He said he would bring a space heater. He didn’t show up. We slept cold. The room was cold when we got out of the shower. No offer of a switch of room and they had many rooms available. Noise level is high. You can hear the cars racing down the street and people talking past 3 am. The only plus is that the restaurant is great!

This is place is like a motel 6 don't have high expectations for it .there is assigned rooms that accept pets and the door to the restroom can hardly close its so small not a very pleasant place to Stay of u want to get good rest. The beds are so uncomfortable and the tv did not turn on I will never stay here again .

Room is dirty also had a bad odor and the restroom. The shower nozzle was not adjustable so water was getting everywhere. Easy way to slip and fall.

No towels for you
I asked for towels about 6 times at the front desk because we had more than 2 people in each room... I received 2 towels delivered to one of our rooms one time. After waiting over 24 hours, I finally went and found a worker who could help. This shouldn't be hard. If a room is reserved for 4 people, put 4 towels in the room BEFORE they arrive.

The receptionists were really arrogant and rude. Specially the receptionist wearing glasses and the one with the neck brace. The fridge in the room didn’t work, but the maintenance guy was really fast and nice and changed it for us. My bed had black hairs between the sheets.

If you are looking for a place close to clubs and it’s pricy it’s the right place for you but I there is other places for same service for a better price. The carpet was dirty, it smelled like cigarettes, the appliances where broken, there was a party in front with DJ all night, room service never showed up, the best was good but the sheets were motel 6 sheets the AC was set to a certain temp you couldn’t adjust it for more than 100 dollars it ain’t it, I will try other places.
