My family was there for a cheer Competition along with many others families and out of 4 elevators only one was working. Then on the final day when we went to check out that one stopped working. We requested additional towels and for the conditioner and shower gel to be refilled since they weren’t before we arrived and that never happened. Felt like a partial refund was in order but the front desk staff just laughed.

The room was outdated and the bathroom doors would not close because they are old and need replacing. The view out the window was of wall inside the hotel with no window facing any part of the city.
