6/10 Good

Great location in the middle of the city and next to main train station and metro. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant inside hotel. Mold in bathroom and bed only queen size beds available with an uncomfortable twin top mattress.
Soren, 1-night trip

Close to central station and metro station. Access to tourist spots were very easy. Staff were very professional and friendly.
Yutaro, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The Hotel was very convenient for the centre of Copenhagen. It was clean and tidy, very good facilities and keenly priced compared to other hotels in the area. There was a good choice for breakfast, both hot and cold food.

Weekend stay in Copenhagen

The hotel is undergoing a makeover and so floors 1 & 2 were out of action. Our room was great very spacious and comfortable and did look as though the room was fairly new. We had everything we needed in here. The location is fantastic as it is literally 5 mins walk from the Tivoli main entrance. It is also right by a train station and so really easy to get around the city. We actually ended up walking everywhere although we caught a cruise to see the little mermaid which is further out of the city. The Rosenberg castle and botanical gardens are a 20 mins walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by and a 7/11 across the road from the hotel. Breakfast was included and was varied and we had no trouble getting a table in the morning.
Laura, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

I would only have liked to have a bit more practical information when we checked in. Everyone were friendly, but instructions at arrival were lacking some practical information, like how to use the elevator and the wi-fi information.
4-night trip

6/10 Good

Great location, clean rooms, friendly and very helpful staff. Nothing extraordinary. Decent place for Scandinavian standards. Breakfast is okay bur nothing to write home about. Great restaurant on-site but make sure to make reservations if you want to dine-in. Overall, reasonably priced place to stay if you are traveling alone or as a couple. I’d look for other places if you’re traveling with kids.
Sener, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The bed was flimsy. The top cushion kept moving around. I would not call it a mattress in any sense but a cushion pad. Very uncomfortable but the location is nice
Claudio, 1-night trip

Michael, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The hotel room was very basic. It had the feel of a youth hostel. There is nothing comfortable or cosy about it. It’s quite expensive for what you get.
Zsuzsa, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

There was mould in the bathroom , and no sheets on the bed, and you have to ask for towels, wooden stirers no teaspoons Would not stay again
Denise, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Ok
Oddbjörn, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Ongoing renovation

The hotel is being renovated currently, which makes life of the guests a mess. The rooms are in very poor condition (no surprise they will soon be renovated). The lobby and entrance are a huge mess due to the renovation.
2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Toilet is very dirty. The bed is uncomfortable.
annie, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It suited me fine
Margit, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

no clean, uneaten. bad smell in the pillows, the extra bed so bad etc
roberto, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

I do not recommend this hotel, especially when you travel by car. The hotel itself is not very modern, clean or luxury, just above youth hostel. The parking is a pure rip-off, ve aware of this. Signs guide you to a parking place clearly declared as belonging to the hotel. The park deck even has irs own entry door to the hotel. The point is the owner of the park deck will send you a fine, 800 DKK for just 4 minutes. The hotel staff does NOT warn you, maybe they also make an earning from this tourist trap.

10/10 Exceptional

Staff were exceptionally helpful with all aspects of our stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We arrived several hours early and enquired if we could leave our luggage there to allow us to explore before we book in. The hotel was able to provide a room for us straight away and at no additional cost. We had initially booked a room with a balcony , however this room was on the top floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, my husband’s vertigo was exacerbated by this, and on explaining this to the hotel receptionist we were able to be given another room on the first floor without any hesitation and again without any additional cost to ourselves. This room, was slightly smaller ( which we were aware of when arranging an alternative room), it still had plenty of space within it. This kind of service we received was very much appreciated by us both and made a big difference to the enjoyment of our stay.
