Personelleri gerçekten çok nazik ve yardımsever. Ama yemekler çok kötü. Otelde yapacak hiçbir şey yok. Plajı güzel. Bir de her şey dahil olarak rezervasyon yapınca insan gerçekten her şey dahil bekliyor ama maalesef öyle değildi. Yemek zamanı dışında alkol dahil değil, dahil olan alkol sadece yerli bira ve şarap. Onlar da su gibiydi. Hiç yemek yiyemedik.

Otel rezervasyonumuzu satmıştı. Girişte bayağı bir problem yaşadık. Ama sonuç olarak hotels müşteri hizmetleri ile iletişime geçerek sorunu çözdük. Balayı çifti olarak gitmiştik. Balayı çiftlerine sunulan extra hizmetlerin hiçbirinden faydalanamadık. Onun dışında garson hizmeti ve temizlik açısından hiçbir problem yoktu. We had a great stay at Club Marma Hotel. The food was delicious thanks to their awesome chefs. The beach was sandy and the sea was calm which was lovely. The room service was a bit lacking and they didn't know how to communicate in English that well. The fact that the cleaning service came at random times and they didn't wait for us to get out for them to clean was a bit awkward. But overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place.
