The Phoencia is a wonderful hotel.
The Phoencia is a wonderful hotel. all the staff are courteous, efficient and friendly, and they all seem happy in their work. The rooms are spotless and the restaurant is excellent. A special mention to the restaurant breakfast staff who work very hard and were very busy on Sunday, but made the time to clear a prepare a table in the conservatory.

My stay in Malta was somewhat underwhelming. The room was incredibly small, making it difficult to relax, and the constant whistling from server's in the public areas disrupted any sense of calm. However, Jonathan the concierge stood out for his exceptional service and really helped improve my experience. Still, overall, I would think twice about returning given the discomfort and noise issues.
