Our room was fine for the most part, but the headboard was dirty, the curtains had mysterious stains, and the bathroom could have used another once over.

Great Stay!
It was a perfect stay! The valet and concierge was great! Also had amazing dinner at Ruth's Criss Steakhouse which is located inside the hotel. Only issue was only 2 of the elevators were working. Was a wonderful stay and will definitely stay again.

Don’t stay here.
My room was not available so they stuffed us in a small room. No refunds or compensation received. Worst experience ever. And no vending machines. No microwaves that work and they are in the hallway. Stay somewhere else. Screw this place.

Elevators are broke
There was only one elevator working up to floor 16 and it was a nightmare. I was scared to get on because all of the people that were trying to get on with me and there’s a fire or that elevator broke. We was in big trouble.

Stay away inless you need cardio
Horrible. We got stuck in an elevator or our way to the room and only went down from there. Rooms were nice but they had most of the elevators broken down. Even some of the service elevators were broken. And to top it off they said they have been having elevator issues for over a year!!!

Elevator
The elevator was having issues the whole weekend. I was on the 16th floor and had to use their stairs. Not very happy when this isn't the first time. I've stayed here 2 years in a row and it's happened. Won't be staying here again
