This is the first time we have been back since pre covid and the refurbishment. We love this hotel-the staff are fantastic and very helpful. It is close to all the transport links. Breakfast was included and was extensive. We will be back-that is for sure!

Fraudulent behavior from Hotel Prinz Eugen
I booked and paid for this hotel in April. Couple of days before arrival I got a mail where they said the hotel is closed and they booked me in another Hotell that was really bad. This wasnot true the Prinz Eugen is open but they have overbooked guests. Please be careful booking this hotel in advance.
