The staff was amazing! Especially Martine who worked check in. The hotel was antiquated and not very clean. The sheets smelled like sweat and several times I called the front desk for service and never received. When i requested housekeeping. They did not properly reset the room. The nobu restaurant was “closed for the day due to inspection” - when I inquired about this…the front desk agent wasn’t aware of the closure. I was told someone would reach out to me, which they never did. I wasn’t able to eat at the restaurant which was disappointing. The main pool was closed during my stay. I do want to emphasize that everyone on staff was very nice and hospitable.

OUTDATED FOR THE PRICE
I come here often. The front desk is really nice, if yiu can get ahold of them.... Room was dirty with someones eyelashes and contact lenses left on the best rest. Rooms are not updated as you would think and the staff is not organized. The Nobu pool was closed so the edon roc pool was given to them and we were nit allowed to use it. That was a piss off. We needed a black bracelet to go to that pool which was odd to us because its the same hotel. Very confusing grounds.
