The rooms were big, which was great. Each floor had a couple of showers and toilets, also good. But there was more negative than positive. Location wasn’t close to a lot of food places and I didn’t feel particularly safe walking around at night. There is no lift, so hauling luggage up flights of stairs wasn’t great. Shower on 2nd floor wasn’t working properly, it was either boiling hot or freezing cold and the showerhead wouldn’t switch to rain shower, so it was a bit awkward showering.
There was no staff to be found, so I didn’t know what to do to ask for another pillow (the ones in the room were thin).
