Impossible to find. Two taxi drivers brought us to the wrong place. Your property is very badly marked. Eventually went to the Random Hotel who had to bring us there in a taxi. Unable to call you. We spent over 4 hours getting there from Hiroshima Station that is approximately 4 kms from there. Very inconvenient. It was a stressful experience. How can you be located in a place that taxi drivers can't find? Doesn't make any sense.

Check in was a hassle. Stay was noisy.
I was told there would be staff available to hold baggage, but no one was there when I arrived early for check in. We wound up schlepping our bags back to the train station to pay for lockers instead.
When we returned to check in there was still no one at the front desk. The self check in tablet was difficult to work. Our reservation was under "FIRSTNAMELASTNAME" (all run together with no spaces). When we tried to locate it using other combinations of the name it returned no results, which was stressful to say the least when no one was present to assist. If we hadn't attempted every possible combination of names we would not have stumbled upon our reservation.
The washing machine was advertised as a washer/dryer, but it did not dry the clothes, they need to be hung to dry in the shower room.
The neighbors were very loud at all hours of the night and the train was audible as well. More soundproofing would help in the bedroom.

Wonderful space. When I reserving this, I expected basic Japanese accommodations. Was entirely surprised at how spacious it was, with three separate rooms, kitchen/dining area, amazing shower room

For what it cost this place was phenomenal. There were multiple rooms, a full bath and shower room. Traditional western room with another traditional Japanese room. More than enough space. Everything was very high quality.

Loved the bath and shower, great combination of western bedding and traditional bedding. Second bedroom is a little noisier but still ok. Nice and close to everything but a little difficult to find from the street as the signage wasn’t great.
