Nice hotel, good location. Directly across from a metro station. Walking distance from universal studios. Clean, spacious rooms. The bathrooms/ shower areas are small. People with tattoos are not allowed to use the spa even with coverings.

Large venue near Universal. We did not go to Universal, but chose it for its value. It is easy to get around via metro. The hotel has a luxury feel from the moment you walk into the lobby and engage with the super helpful staff. Rooms are very clean with an upgraded finish.

Great hotel , for a Universal visit and Osaka
Amazing hotel , best of our two week stay in Japan . The staff were lovely and very helpful in all aspects , from Check in , Concierge, and Cleaning staff . The hotel is super convenient for a Universal visit and much nicer being away from the maddening crowd of Universal City walk hotels . We got a great room facing the Bridge and Ferris wheel light display , with a great ledge to watch it from every night ! Thank you for a great stay for our family , with adjacent rooms , both upgraded , amazing 😻. 7-11 store next door and station straight across the road , one stop to Universal City . We did not get time to visit the Public baths or Rooftop lounge , they looked great .
