Very Nice
Rooms are much nicer than you'd expect based upon the exterior. Our only complaint is that the floors were really dirty. You couldn't see the dirt, but white socks and newly washed feet don't lie.

Clean & convenient
Overall the room was clean but could use some upgrades. It was in a good area & convenient. The main problem I had was because they were fully booked & there was a lot of noise thru the night. But it was a very clean room with soft towels & the room had a pleasant smell.

OK place to stay
It's an older hotel, the floor was sticky, had to wear shoes at all times, the neighbors fought all night every day, not sure if they live there full time. The beds did have a mattress cover, so that is a plus, overall it wasn't that bad, it was a place to sleep for a couple nights.

Good location next to the outlet mall and co-located with an IHOP (which is excellent BTW). The room was nice though the metal stand that the bed sat on was like a tiny drum when I got in our out of bed.

Older but comfortable motel
We stayed at the Days Inn on our way down to Ft Lauderdale. The motel was older but kept tidy and it had an IHOP restaurant in the same complex. Our room opened up to the courtyard, as did most. The room had been updated with luxury vinyl flooring and new bedding. While the room was "no frills", it was clean, AC worked great, and bathroom/shower was in good shape. Bed was comfortable and linens soft. Since bldg was older, you didnt hear a lot of outside noise. Check-in was easy. If you stayed at motel, you received a 10% discount at IHOP.

Got multiple flea bites at the hotel !!! And in the morning the front desk clerk(an Indian man) not only did not apologize on behalf of the motel, he showed no empathy and was responding in a rude manner when I asked him to make sure the motel will have a pest control flea treatment so other guests will not get flea bites! Unbelieveable that he is in the hospitality service industry! I am considering bringing a law suit against the motel if I get sick or a disease from the flea bites.
