My stay at this hotel was not long. We arrived in the evening, checked in and went to the rooms. Although we wanted a room with two queen beds, there was only one double bed with only one pillow. The room was unkempt, in poor condition. We gave it up and found a better hotel nearby.

There were cockroaches in my room, the room stunk, neighbors were very noisy at all hours of the night, in three weeks i only got the room swept after I requested. I tried to contact orbitz customer service to move to different hotel but the automated system kept going in circles and couldn’t get through to talk to a person. Extremely disappointed, will never use orbitz again
