Meh.
Hotel was ok, staff was very nice. Older hotel, there was nighttime security across the street at night due to recent violence. Wish I had known that before booking. Bed was uncomfortable. I do not recommend adding in breakfast, go find it elsewhere. Our food was cold even after it was freshly brought from the kitchen and there was only one person working and they were out of everything. She was very nice and did her best, but was definitely not a great customer experience.

Surprised by having to pay for parking and the breakfast. Neither one was very good. Most of the people were nice. Room was handicapped which we didn’t ask for and the room smelled. Needs some upgrades for sure.

IHG RIVERFRONT HOLIDAY INN STAY WAS GREAT!
The only disappointment was there was not breakfast accommodation. But there was a breakfast place across the street-WAFFLE HOUSE. @10.95 a person at the hotel, our best choice was WH. VA visiting Family in Cincinnati!
