there is a card on the nightstand touting that their rooms are green so they change towels and linens on every 3rd day if you are staying multiple nights. That would have been fine, but what they don't say is that your room will not be serviced at all for 3 days. They don't replenish the coffee, cups, or dump the trash. If you want your room serviced more frequently they ask that you contact the front desk - that was useless. They said they would have the room cleaned, I purposely stayed out of the room for 5 hours, and it wasn't touched. then they said that they are not allowed to enter the room until the 3rd day BS and to dump my trash in the cans in the vending area.
The accessible room for mobility issues had the same floor space as a regular room - there was not enough room to turn a scooter around, also the door was heavy and could not be propped to stay open. The side door to the parking lot is automated to open as you approach, but does not detect obstruction before closing. 3 times it closed on my partner, scraping his leg badly enough that I took him to urgent care
The rate quoted in my expedia booking was $1383.53. they charged my card $1587.25. they signed me up for choice membership saying i get a free stay after 10, but the Choice site says that my stay does not qualify.
Choice Hotel? more like BAD CHOICE HOTEL
