One of my favorites
Out of hotels I stayed at in Houston this is one of my favorites.The staff provides excellent customer service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is spacious and my room was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. With great amenities and a peaceful atmosphere, this hotel truly feels like a perfect retreat.

I paid over $200 a night … the room looked old , very small , & it was very noisy. I had a CD view to the garage . It was a valentines night surprise for my wife . Definitely not worth the money . Pics were very deceiving . & I end up paying $50 on parking .

The service of the staff is exceptional. They are friendly, attentive and truly want you to have a remarkable stay. In this day and age it’s great to see exceptional service being front and center. They even offer a free shuttle to take you back and forth to dining and shopping options in the area. The facilities are great and the value for the rate is excellent. Will definitely stay again

We were greeted with kindness and courtesy, the staff were helpful in answering all our questions and even offered “happy birthday” shout outs to my daughter as we walked in with her birthday cake! Definitely will stay again!
