Definitely stay again
A great experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Dog friendly in some rooms and well marked potty areas with bags and trashcans. Bed was super comfortable. Definitely go again!

8/10 Very Good

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, though a little dated. The Espresso Bar coffee shop had some tasty coffee, but i do wish they had something Gluten-free for breakfast. The hotel parking areas were well lit and seemed secure. My biggest complaint was the super stiff matresses. I could not get comfortable for the life of me. It was like sleeping on the floor, only higher. Sore shoulders, sore hips, tossed and turned all night and woke up feeling tired.

Upon arrival, Cassie was very friendly and professional during my check in process. My room was clean and had all of the amenities I needed. While they don't include breakfast, there is an attached coffee shop that serves great coffee, pastries and other breakfast items at a discounted price. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. The only complaint I had was the free breakfast. Didn't amount too much. They had us container of cereal and you could have eggs if you ordered the day before. We always went out for coffee and breakfast. But other than that, don't let that stop you from staying there the place is nice, clean and quiet and extremely friendly.

2/10 Poor

New Hotel, looked clean. Room had a deodorizer in the room so heavy that it was sickening. Originally asked for room on the first floor, pet free, due to allergies. Clerk placed us in room under the stairs in the back of the building. No light, no view out of window, when other rooms available on 1st floor. Checked 2 more rooms that were also heavily deodorized with sickening smell. Told them we couldn’t stay there.

What a lovely surprise, having been traveling over a week and a half and having hit or miss experiences, none of them anything to write home about. But this place is.... service was lovely, friendly-perfect. Rooms were very clean (what a change from other places!). Even disposable yet nice slippers to wear,! So quiet in our room! We drove to Old Town and easily parked, found nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner, and had a quick breakfast at the coffee shop - there were homemade pastries, bagels, and a breakfast burrito made onsite. Peet's coffee. Also, in less fine weather a lovely huge fireplace. Interesting that some of the locals stopped in to their coffee shop also - saw friends greeting each other, others solo writing in a journal or working on business. Really nice staff, excellent experience.
