Very friendly and helpful staff.
The staff really worked with me as I had to switch rooms mid stay. They made sure my room was ckeaned first, so we could check back in early. It was really appreciated. Every staff member we saw greeted us in a very friendly way.

Poor condition pool was closed. Room had a broken toilet and wall paper falling off. Mold was seen behind. Half the place was under construction too. Breakfast was lower level.

Kristy was a delight as she offered assistance with all of our needs. The overnight staff was less than helpful as she ranted about throwing out guests that are fighting. I have yet to discover why she mentioned these occurrences. The breakfast was delicious.

The check in was pretty easy, i was able to check in an hour before the check in time which was great because i was so tired. The staff are so nice and friendly. I’ve stayed here more than once and each staff member was amazing. The rooms are spacious and i love how they kept their pool open during this season! 5/5 will definitely return. My favorite hotel out here.

Great Management
We were suppose to be here only one night but a snow storm in Illinois, where we were to travel next, kept us another day in St Louis. LaQuisha, the manager, was wonderful in helping us stay another night with a great rate and in helping us solve some other travel issues. There are some renovations going on in hotel but they did not hinder our stay.
