Experience and not worth a double charge of your $
It was good when you pull up. When it was time to check in, I had to check in on the app “for faster check in” not at all fast they had a line but no big deal I like checking in twice(not). I put a virtual card on file to use. They said I needed another card for them to hold on file took $1175 of that card an said it will come back on my card when I check out. Didn’t explain everything good took $20 a day for $25 gift card ( I did ask for an didn’t know where to use it) then the hotel got tap to do everything even get to you room which wasn’t explained BUT NOT TAP TO PAY FOR THE ROOM! When I checked out they took the money off the right card but still got my money they had to hold on hold. I checked out Nov 11 today is Nov 16 and I still can’t talk to nobody about release my money. It’s like I paid $2350 for a 3 night stay!! If you was gone hold the money that long it would be nice to know. I call a they say it might be a while but the man at the front desk said it will go back after we check out!! Breakfast was good but the lady’s that was making the omelettes was rude so rude my wife didn’t want one! It was ok, me personally not worth the money! I wouldn’t recommend it. The room was good comfortable, The shower suck no water pressure but that’s it!!
