I got some rest!

My flight got delayed several times and then cancelled, rebooked for later in the day. They helped me check on early so i could get a few hours of decent rest. Sleeping on the airport floor was not cutting it! The room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently close to the airport with a shuttle that starts early!

What an amazing stay!

What a great family getaway! We typically stay at another hotel every trip due to our picky preference of hotels, however we decided to give Sonesta a try based on numerous reviews and photos. We booked the king executive suite and we were happy campers. The only thing we wished we had was a microwave, but it wasn’t a deal breaker considering other great hotels we frequent rarely have one. The Nashville Tap House was yummy and there was excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. We will definitely add this location to our favorite list.

Bring extra money

The hotel and room were overall nice. The only problems we had were with the mini fridge where we had to argue with the staff to get any help with it. My other problem was all the hidden fees. After paying for the room, we still had too pay $100 at check in for "incidentals" which we would get back after check out. At check out we were charged a lot of extra fees as well. About $150 in extra fees like paying to part, resort fees and who knows what else.
