A perfect location for the New Theatre Cardiff and also next to main shopping street of central Cardiff , We were greeted by front of house staff member Bank, whom upon arrival said I've given yourselves a room upgrade which we accepted gratefully . Comfortable and Conveniently Located Hotel
A very comfortable stay in an excellent location. Good to have parking on site - very convenient (even if a bit expensive). Staff were excellent. We ate one evening in the restaurant, which was very good. Only complaint was that the shower was in the bath and the bath was quite high so difficult to get in and out without holding on to the small shelf at the end of the bath. Would have preferred a walk in shower. Room was also quite hot and difficult to operate the air conditioning which required the front desk to change it remotely. Only minor issues and I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Cardiff.

Lovely hotel, staff were kind and helpful, room overall was nice, however a few bits of cleanliness could of been better and not the hotels fault but neighbouring rooms had no respect for people trying to sleep, slamming doors, talking loudly outside the room late at night.

Staff were great! Bed was comfortable and really big and everything was clean. Only down fall was the toilet kept struggling to flush so was filling to the top with water and there was a constant noise which may have been the heating or something to do with the water.
