We visited with three other families and it was a great place for all ages. The property made it easy to get around. The rooms are more outdated than the rest of the property but still nice. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

this property was absolutely beautiful and solo trip friendly. the Mountain View room was stunning, the staff were extremely kind, and the food was phenomenal. the area was quiet and peaceful. the spa was incredible and decently priced. the cost of the stay itself was a little pricey with the resort fees, but it is what it is.

For the amount of money that this resort is charging for there rooms it is horrible accommodations and the room was unclean bed was being held together by black tape wasn’t ready at check in which made us late to our event we were unable to take photos of our seniors in there prom attire would never recommend this resort as an option the only thing worth while was outside views. When speaking with the hotel manager all that could be offered in return was a partial refund and some Hilton honors points. For the amount we paid we expected a luxurious stay cation. Which we didn’t get.
Beds being held together by black tape sheets were dirty holes.
Un cleaned room dirty socks dirty carpet.
