The staff is always available to help you. Also the hotel is really close to Nagoya's subway stations and the ride to Nagoya Station ( Trains to travel to other prefectures ) is 25 minutes away if you take a Taxi.

Top Hotel
Outstanding hotel with a spectacular view of Nagoya Castle. Good sized rooms, excellent service and handy location. Worth paying a bit extra for a Castle View Room - a stunning vista!

Best view at night
The hotel was beautiful, great location to the castle with shuttle bus service, clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and took care of me from taking my bags to calling the elevator. Comfy room, great bed, and the shower was awesome.
Crown Restaurant - service should have been better for the price you pay for their meals - very few patrons and they were picky of where I sat. Did not do water top up unless asked, no inquiry to how the meal is, no follow up, no offer of anything more like dessert, then left me to wait for the bill for 15 minutes til I gave up and went to pay.
Meal was very good but the menu needs more explanation.

Where the “wise” stay in Nagoya!
One of the “secret” gems of Nagoya! Not in the centre of town but you’re compensated with a massive lobby, excellent service, spacious rooms if you have a double or twin! Staff who quickly remember their guests and greet you respectfully.
Parking great, but you do need a car to get around and to eat out! Unless you use the free bus into town.
Great buffet dinner slightly pricy but the quality is certainly there and you sure can eat a variety of things and in quantity...if you wish! But be careful you don’t eat too much of the main course!
Room furniture is certainly up to standard and so many thoughtful things have gone into the design of each room.
One slight minus point is the bus tours that suddenly see massive groups pour in to the hotel but if you can work out their coming in and out it is not too bad! Usually late evening and mid afternoon.
Castle view side is really a view of the castle! Smack across the moat! In the cherry blossom season magnificent BUT check when they should be in bloom before you make a reservation! Also this year the castle is under construction so you cannot go in the main part of the castle itself!
Bottom line...this is the place which “wise” people discover! Out of the centre of town but easy to get into town if need be. And you get compensated with top quality and space space space! And not at a ridiculous price! Oh, try to stay at least two or three nights ...gets cheaper! And become a member of the hotel!

Lovely if you love to be warm!
We were driving and the parking was a little complicated. We ended up parking in the convention center but struggle with suitcases trying to find the hotel. We had to walk around the block to the front. Next, the room is beautiful but hot. So called to find out you can't use air on because there is only heat at this season. Next, great beautiful room but how do you turn off the light. 20 minutes of searching to find the light witch on the clock by the bed. Hmm.

Luxury hotel with Nagoya Castle view
It is a very nice luxury hotel at an affordable price. The room was very spacious considering that the hotel is in a metropolitan city. Our request for a roll-away was bed was accommodated. Absolutely loved the castle view. We were so glad to arrive to see the castle in the sunset and the full moon rising next to it. It is not located close to shopping area but there is a shuttle to the Nagaya JR station on the hour. Will stay there again if back to Nagoya.

Hotel with a View
The view of Nagoya Castle was amazing. It is in walking distance to the castle easily. There is not a close stop to public transportation, but there is a shuttle running every hour to Nagoya Station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room service was quick and prompt. I had an in room massage which was one of the best I have had in room before. The therapist lays you on your side so your neck and face are not smashing into the bed the whole time. I would stay here again

Good location.
Nice spacious rooms. Friendly staff. I decided last minute to stay one more night and they were able to accommodate me. It cost me double what I payed for the first night, but that’s what I get for not planing ahead. Although a very nice hotel, it has more of a business vibe to it rather than vacation. But overall very nice. Would recommend.
