Extended Stay America - Lexington - Tates Creek, Lexington

The room was great and could barely hear other people in the hotel from your room. Also could not hear people above or below you.

the complaint is on Hotel. cons part. when they checked me in, the Expedia CC on file declined . it took a 30 mins and a phone call trying to figure it all out.i was beside myself having to just wait and wait for them to get your CC to go through. Shame! when did Hotel.com book rooms through Expedia.com

No elevator and I was on the 3rd floor

The lady at the front desk was as helpful as she could be. The room was spartan (no kitchen utensils, the only chair was a recliner). Kitchen and bath seemed clean, but the rest was not (stains on ceiling and door, kitty litter in corners). Long-term residents continually propped the outside doors open. But we got three good sleeps and otherwise spent little time in the room. So it worked out OK.

The staff was very friendly and we had a pleasant stay. Also the location was very convenient.

They gave my room away then Hotels.com could not get me in another hotel. They kept me on hold for over a hour

Hotel is not ADA compliant, no elevators for this 3 floor hotel, noisy rooms, you can hear people walking in hallway and stairs, sock under my bed, check out clerk Didn’t come to window, had deal with her via lobby phone.

Our stay was great. The room was clean and neat, and the service was amazing. Will definitely be staying again soon! Thank you!

I totally mess up on the dates but the general make it happen for us I believe the front desk was Christina she working. Saturday. Night very nice very helpful the next day housekeeper ask me if I needed any help with my cooler d going the steps That was simply amazing. Thank you for a great stay.
