This is a new hotel in an area that is very much under construction. This means, there is very little around, except one very nice bakery and a goof grocery store, some dormitory for college students.
But the most disappointing part for us was that from the beginning, it was very clear that the staff were either overwhelmed/busy or not trained well. They were late to prepare the room for checkin, the rooms are tiny, and not at all like what you see on the pictures online (the images shown under the rooms are actually pictures of the lobby). There was very little information given to customers and every question illicited, a ‘you should know the answer’ kind of response.
They don’t regularly clean the rooms or at least restock supplies for you to do your own cleaning. It is a an ordeal to get soap, towels, or anything you need for the room.
The breakfast was disappointing for 9 euros, do yourself a favor, go around the corner to the nice bakery for a much better experience.
