Nice apartment noisy stay
The place is nice overall, but the main issue is the noise from the elevators. If you don’t mind hearing the elevators going up and down all night, then I’d recommend it. However, if noise is a concern, this might not be the best option. Additionally, there was a fire alarm going off in the hallway and another apartment that needed a battery change. I asked someone to turn it off, but it wasn’t addressed until the following day. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine.

Fantastic Stay at Coconut Grove
We had an amazing experience at iCoconutGrove, in Coconut Grove, Miami. The location is unbeatable—the best in the Grove. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and secure, and being within a hotel meant access to great amenities like the gym and pool. Free parking was a huge bonus for Miami, and they even included a $30 gift card to Greenstreet Cafe, an iconic brunch spot nearby. Overall, it’s incredible value for money and the perfect place to stay in the Grove. Highly recommended!

Refuge from Milton
One night stay in Miami while escaping Hurricane Milton in Port Charlotte on the Florida Gulf Coast. Privately owned units within the Arya hotel in Coconut Grove. This is a wonderful place to stay. It is a short walk to a lot of shopping, and restaurants including Cocowalk, as well ask parks and jogging paths. Just across the street is a place to rent paddle boards and get out on the water using a simple app. It really is in the heart of Coconut Grove. I highly recommend staying here.

I really liked the area, wasn't too far from the Airport or attractions like the Viscaya Museum and Gardens or even the Beach. Very clean, had nice pool and gym and hot tub. Everything was amazing the staff were nice and accommodated for my needs. What could be improved is to offer more variety of transport near by other than Uber like a trolley (if it is possible) or more late checkout options, but otherwise it was a lovely space and I would definitely come here again. 5/5 :)
