le check in c’est plutôt bien passé parcontre le check out a été très compliqué malgré le faite d’avoir déjà tout réglé en avance. le réceptionniste n’arrivait pas à avoir que j’avais déjà réglé en avance, du coup j’ai même dû lui fournir plusieurs preuves.
