It’s a nightmare. I reserved a room w/ multiple beds but was given a room that is so small and was not told before I went to my room that the room I reserved was not available due to their overbooking that day. I was very frustrated and disappointed.

I’m very happy w/ the staffs & Guard they are very helpful specially the guard (can’t remember the name but he’s a big guy☺️) always there for us to help my hubby (my hubby is 86yrs old) . Staff was very polite and accomodating. Great location, near Manila's largest shopping mall. Every possible shop and food sevice available at the mall. Movies,gym and health clinic located at the mall as well. Grocery store with pharmacy nearby, too. Seven-Eleven convenience store right next door. Breakfast served at guest's convenience. At $40 US dollars per night, it was a rare bargain. Couldn't recommend it more highly.
