We where 14 , ask for 3 bedrooms apartments and they gave us 2 bedrooms apartments and Put the third bed witout pillow covers nor sheets . We ask several times for them and finally at midnight we managed ourselfs to cover the pillows and the maitress with our clothes … Total Disaster

Bom custo benefício, mas precisam melhorar o atendimento na recepção. Os rapazes que fizeram check in foram muito simpáticos e eficientes. As duas moças que estavam na recepção no check out quase ignoraram minha existência qdo fui ao balcão e solicitei o encerramento. Chegou outro hóspede minutos depois e foi prontamente atendido. O quarto é muito bom, mas os serviços….
Inicialmente fui colocado em um quarto sujo. Demoraram para ofertar outro. Na sala de massagem, o ar condicionado não funcionou. A maca da sala de massagens não é boa. Não tem posição para a cabeça. No restaurante o garçom não percebeu a hora de acabar com as brincadeiras. Já estava fica do irritante. No bar tinha pouca gente para atender. Poucos elevadores para o número de hospedes.

Já me hospedei várias vezes no hotel e sempre tive uma experiência maravilhosa, porém dessa vez não tive essa mesma experiência, o atendente me deu um quarto que já havia gente hospedada, quando abri a porta estava todos os pertences de outra pessoa, fez a troca bem demorada para quem estava com bebê, no quarto que daí me colocaram o banho estava horrível a ducha entupida um jato pra cada lado, além de estar com cheio de mofo o quarto e as cortinas podre de suja, mandei fotos para a atendente do check-out.
