Very convenient location near Grand Place and Central rail station for airport. Hotel lobby area was a great place to relax with free coffee. Room was small but well appointed, clean and well furnished. Perfect for a weekend break; we would stay there again next time we are in Brussels

Disappointed
Room did not have an external window, only a window which overlooked the main hotel lobby and elevators which was odd. The room was far too hot, you couldn’t control the temperature and also the drains smelled awful. So much so that we could not leave the bathroom door open. It was disgusting. I don’t like to spend my vacations complaining and changing rooms so I didn’t. Really disappointing stay but the main lobby was lovely as were the staff. They need to sort the basics out, I’ve subsequently read other reviews reporting the same issues.

Hotel Hubert was a great hotel that was centrally located, near a lot of the top sites and less than 10 minute walk to Central train station. I was a solo traveler in a single room, but it had plenty of room for a week long stay. The bed was very comfortable, I slept great every night. Cute, trendy lobby that has food available in the evenings, drinks available for purchase and free nespresso coffee. I really appreciated the water fountains available on every floor near the elevators(still and sparkling). Housekeeping is by request only which I thought was a great eco option.

Perfect for a short stay
Great location a few minutes walk from Grand Place and the cathedral. We were predominantly here for the Xmas markets and it was perfect for this. Our room was compact but cosy and had a comfy bed and a well appointed bathroom. We only stayed for one night so it was just a place to sleep and shower. It had an internal window which overlooked the lobby area downstairs. There is a water fountain by the lifts which dispenses still and sparkling water which is great. And downstairs there is complimentary tea and coffee and a few snacks now and then. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect location for walking to the sights or catching public transit. Front desk staff was oriented and very kind and helpful. Despite food menu at the bar area I was told there is no food available (there is a nice cafe for breakfast) so drinks but no food to go with. Nice room - very well appointed with plenty of towels!! Great value for the money!!

This was our 2nd stay during this trip to Belgium. It was a no-brainer to come back! Such a cool relaxed vibe and so clean and friendly. And so close to Central Station to easily get all around the city via train or metro. Also right by Grand Place and Galleries Royal St Hubert with all their shopping and restaurants.
