FRUKTANSVÄRD VISTELSE!!!!!!

Vi fick information att detta var ett fyrstjärnigt hotell vilket det absolut inte var inte ens en stjärna.Inget internet som fungerade, fick svar om lösenord men att det bara fungerade i huvudbyggnaden viket den inte gjorde.Ingen TV någonstans.Inget kylskåp på rummet.Dubbelrum som bestod av ett enkelrum.Ingen värme på elementen, iskalla golv och fuktiga sängar.Inga nattduksbord vid sängarna och inga läslampor heller.Sängarna står i ett hörn så att man är tvingad att kliva över varandra.Ingen fåtölj och bord i rummet.I rummet fanns 2 gamla pinnstolar som skulle fungera som nattduksbord och den andra att sitta på. Ingenstans att förvara mobiler för laddning mm.Ingenstans att förvara resväskorna, allt fick ligga på golvet.Ingen värme på handukstorken.Ingenstans att förvara sanitet/necessär i badrummet.Den fantastiska utsikten bestod till stor del av ett industriområde.Uteplatsen är obefintlig med trasiga och rostiga möbler Fullt av svartmyror och andra insekter i serveringen.Ingen varm mat (bacon, äggröra) som stod i små karotter och inte i värmekärl på frukosten. Brödrosten som fanns fick inte användas till annat än att tina upp glutenfritt bröd då det hade legat i frysen, denna brödrost hade trasig termostat som bara fungerade nån gång ibland och du fick istället vända den upp och ner för att få ut skivorna som annars brinner upp.Trasiga/rostiga möbler på utesreveringen.Ingen bemanning i reception på natten.Vi är fruktansvärt besvikna och vill ha pengarna tillbaka.

Mycket trevligt ställe med mysig atmosfär. Vi fick ett ganska litet rum men man kan ju boka större. God mat i restaurangen på kvällen när vi åt middag. Fin omgivning där man kunde promenera med hunden. Mycket hundvänligt hotell.

Jättetrevlig personal, superfin miljö och jättegod frukost! Inte helt bekväm säng och väldigt fuktigt i rummet. Efter någon dag var alla kläder (och knäckebrödet som vi hade med oss :)) också fuktigt. Ganska små rum.
