Enjoyed our one night stay here. Booked one hour private onsen and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and waterfall scene. Also did the public onsen and enjoyed it as well. Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast.

Incredible onsens, family friendly, fantastic food
We were passing through the area and stayed here for a night. The dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious and very authentic for a Japanese experience. We loved it so much! Rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. The baths were super clean and were well stocked with amenities. The property also has a gaming room, karaoke, spa services and a very interesting gift shop (which we enjoyed). There was very limited multi lingual staff on site, and that posed a bit of a problem for us when we arrived on the rainy evening (the traffic controller could not understand 'check in' and gazed at us blankly for a bit, before directing us to the incorrect parking). Service was, however, just fantastic otherwise - friendly and subtle.

孫達との旅行でした。なのでこちらのホテルを選んだのはキッズパーク(アスレチック)がある事でしたが こちらの資料不足だったのか まさかアスレチックが120cm以下でないと入れないとは…受付で知り残念でした。 親の手を借りてやってる小さな子より低学年位の子が出来る方がいいのでは⁉️ 小さな子が遊ぶ所は充分あるんだから… それでも 孫達も清流露天風呂がとても気に入ってくれてたので 良かったと思います。 ただ ホテルが広く露天風呂までが遠かったし 少しわかりずらく迷ってる親子もいました。

I wish they could improve the traffic at the breakfast buffet. We had to wait for 10-15 mins but it's closed at 9am sharp which meant we had little time to enjoy our breakfast. Will definitely go back when we visit Nagono again.

バイキング料理ですが、それぞれ美味しく工夫もされていてホテルの誠意を感じます。 ただ、人気があるせいかレストランが混みすぎて落ち着かない点と、時間制限がありゆったり食事を楽しめないことが残念でした。次回利用するなら平日で繁忙期を避けたいと思いました。 部屋は清潔で温泉も良かったです。スタッフも親切でした。食事の慌ただしさを除けばお勧めです。
