The employee at the reception desk Adrian was awesome and made our stay amazing! He shared some insides of the "Las Catedales" visit that made a huge difference. Make sure, if you do not check in on line, to get before no one is at the reception desk I believe they are gone after 9pm

Good service level in basic but convenient place.
We stayed in Playa las Catedrales hotel just a night-rest but considering its location close to the Playa de las Catedrales beach that offers an interesting experience. Accommodations, amenities and breakfast are basic but offer a good service for the required needs. However, you may have to take into consideration that the rooms do not have air conditioning that could be an issue during hot summer nights.

The location of this hotel is fabulous, within the roar of the ocean and easy distance of the Catedrales. The team are really friendly and helpful and this was the first hotel in Spain that gave us access to a kettle for making our own tea! The building itself is basic and the rooms are no frills, but they have everything you need. Breakfast was excellent.

La habitación olía mal. No nos dejaron hacer un check in más tarde. Injustamente nos quisieron cobrar 15 euros por cada minutos que nos demoráramos en dejar la habitación. Como opción alternativa propusimos pagar una noche más pero se opusieron. Dijeron que cobrarían por el retraso más una noche.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great access to Playa des Catedrales and the hotel will reserve your spot (access is limited to a certain number of people each day). Good restaurants within walking distance (pop-up Pulposeria was there in July 2019). No elevator but staff more than willing to carry your bags to & from your room

Beyond excellent, the receptionist went above and beyond in order to provide us with in detail information of the tide details necessary for our visit to the Cathedral beach and all our questions like the Famous ceramic factory nearby, Lugo on our way back, amenities (even lollipops!); Towel swan in bed :-) everything is excellent! the hotel is brand new and super clean! everything was renovated by the new young manager/owner. It really is a plaesure to be so well received and cared for! We have a side view to the sea! Looking forward to getting to the beach now!
