We are very lucky to see aurora in our glass cabin, the cabin is warm and well-designed. Jacuzzi is very relaxing. The reindeer here are always hungry! Staff is nice and helpful, we enjoyed the stay a lot and hope to re-visit soon!

Property is in such a secluded area, perfect for Aurora borealis watching. Staff and activities to watch raindeers on property. Ice chapel is really cool.

Not worth it in my opinion. Looks a lot nicer online, pretty basic inside the cabins, especially for the price to stay per night. Staff weren’t overly friendly either, and lacked urgency. We were standing around waiting for service at the restaurant every time we went. The Christmas Eve dinner was also way overpriced. We were told a 3-course meal but it was a buffet. I also asked about vegetarian options and I was assured plenty of options. It wasn’t, very limited for 89 euro pp. would not recommend or stay here again.

Thanks to Northern Light Ranch, I am able to check-in early as the room is available. The room is very nice and clean. The hot tub water have been keep warm 24hrs and ready when we check in.

We loved the glass cabins at this hotel. With three solid walls of windows, your chances to view the Northern Lights were vastly increased. It was also a great thought to add adjustable beds, to increase views through the great windows. The bed was very comfortable and the cabin was nicely laid out. We were surprised to find out each cabin only has twenty minutes of hot water before needing to refill. However, we were warned upon check-in and were able to plan our showers accordingly. We would absolutely stay here again and loved the property.

A estadia foi boa, mas deveria melhorar para um hotel 5 estrelas. Primeiro: poderiam servir um drink de boas vindas. Segundo: translado gratuito para o centro de Levi de uma em uma hora, isso era o MÍNIMO que um hotel desse padrão poderia fornecer. Terceiro: café da manhã, a reposição ser feita todo tempo. Teve um dia que precisei ficar esperando o café ficar pronto. Além do buffet, podiam fazer pães a la carte. São algumas situações que não me agradaram.

This was a 10/10 for us. The design is flawless. The extra touches in each room are luxurious. The amenities are appropriate and festive to add a little touch of special. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
