It would have been better if I’d have rented a car to get around. Anyplace nearby to get food? No. Anywhere to find washing soap? No. Had to call for a shuttle anytime we wanted to go to the main resort.
The real ugly, they kept asking for The hotel reservation number. Hotels.com would not give it. The hotel refused to find it. So, sort of limited on what we could do.
The room itself was a bit rundown. Several broken cabinet doors. The cockroaches were friendly if not expected. ITT had a nice fresh lawnmower smell on arrival.
Not what I’d call a 5 star hotel.
Checkin was funky, paid for everything as it wasn’t clear I could room charge anything.
Large place, nice dining/living area with balcony. View of the ocean. Service was non existant. It was clean. Expensive for the service and quality. It would be much poorer if not adjacent to the main resort. I’d guess it’s a better fit for a family
