Ok room for the price except that one of the windows isn't curtained and lets in daylight at sunrise. Breakfast is really bad. Would pay more for a good breakfast.

The lady on the desk was friendly.
The room was dirty with mosquitoes too. All furnitures and bathroom equipment were old and in a poor state. Cleanliness does not seem their priority. Even the towels were literally covered in stains (my friends room was the same)
Breakfast was absolutely atrocious. They had coffee (but no milk just condensed milk) rice porridge, very bad orange juice and toast with nothing to put on it. That was literally it. As someone who has lived here in Thailand for five years I have never seen anything like it.

The room was large and clean but the hot water system worked poorly and the towels were old and hard. Couldn’t figure out how to keep out the early morning daylight. The hotel location is ok if you have a motorbike, but not adjacent to restaurants and downtown area.

I would stay there again.
The room was clean and large, the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The food selection for the morning breakfast was rather sparse.
There seemed to be some confusion about our reservations, they could not find them initially. Luckily we had a Thai speaker with use to help resolve, as the staff speak no english,

Friendly place to stay
This hotel was close to entertainment and various food offerings. Staff were friendly and nothing was a problem. Beds were typically Thai and rock hard. Overall we had a great stay there.

Best budget hotel in Roi Et.
We stayed here for 4 days and really like the hotel. Hard to beat what you get from this hotel for less than 500 bahts a night. Facility is clean and staff are friendly.

Nice hotel close to city centre - few minutes
Very good location. Staff doesn't speak English very well, but this wasn't an issue. Breakfast unsuitable for European travellers, so do not count on it. Many places to eat around, shopping centre and night market.
Lovely city!

Solid place to stay in Roi Et
Clean and decent place to stay... For 1st time foreigners, could be a little difficult to navigate as hotel sign on the outside is in Thai only... For seasoned travelers, only a minor inconvenience... Not 4 or 5 star, but perfectly acceptable as a place to stay... A great German restaurant (White Elephant) is only a few hundred meters away....

A great place to stay
Have stopped at this hotel on two separate occasions and have been very pleased on each occasion. Room was clean, with air con, decent tv, great shower, large car park. Breakfast is basic but there is the option to purchase extra dishes for 50 baht which was okay if you didn't want rice soup or toast.
Town is in walking distance, so really good location and near to the large Buddha. If you are going to Roiet this is a good place to stop and a great price.

If in Roiet stay here
Really nice friendly hotel in the Centre. Highly recommend to all. Room nice and clean. Good parking. Breakfast poor, had no butter one day so just had dry toast but food is easy to come by in town so not a problem. Bit of hassle getting an extra pillow, had to request 3 times and each time was told they had to check with the manager who wasn't in, finally arrived after 30 minutes, maybe the manager should allow staff to act on guest requests using their own initiative. Good place will definitely stop again on our return.
