We reserved a room with two queen beds long in advance. When we arrived to check in, we were told they didn’t have a room with two queen beds, but they would give us two rooms with a king bed in each. For some, this wouldn’t be a problem. But, for us, it was my husband and I with our 7 year old. I did not feel like we should be separated, and I didn’t like the idea of not having my husband in the same room. Therefore, all 3 of us ended up sleeping in a king bed. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep very well. (We were told because of renovations on one of their floors, they had no rooms left with two queen beds.) Wheb I asked if we could receive a discount instead, we were told no because we booked with a third party.
We also noticed trash cans were all full downstairs and by elevators. On our floor, the carpet definitely needed vacuumed and people had trash outside their doors. Our room in particular was small, but clean. The bed itself was comfortable, we were just squished together because of our circumstance.
