We enjoyed our stay here, the lobby and main area is modern and comfortable and has entertainment (fusball and table tennis) The budget room was slightly underwhelming and basic but the beds were comfortable and the shower good Staff were friendly and helpful The area was a bit of a walk to the city with not many interesting places to stop along the way so would recommend taking a bus straight to the city

Great service
The hotel is located about ten minutes away from Gent Dampoort train station. The facility is modern and squeaky clean. Although the hotel is close to a business park and a busy roundabout, you barely hear any noise from your room. Moreover, the presence of rental bikes helped me given that public transit in Gent is disappointing. For ten Euros a day (plus a fifty Euros safety deposit), I managed to visit all of Gent's major attractions with a rental bike from the hotel thanks to Gent's bike infrastructures.

A Great Hotel
Clean, modern and welcoming. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had everything there to make it a great stay, whether for a business event, a couples break or a family weekend. Brilliant! Enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Great location, easy walk from train station with wheelie bags, and walk to town attractions. Our room was small but ideal as a place to put head down after big day walking. The staff were always friendly and always staff cleaning the main areas of hotel. The gym is small but adequate - cost euro 5 to use. The breakfasts seemed very popular and good value judging by the amount of people dining there from early in morning. All in all a really good budget hotel. The only negative is that there are roadworks happening outside so a little noisy and dirty but we were advised of that in an email prior to our arrival Would stay again if I re-visited Ghent.
