The rooms are not as spacious as they appear on the picture, in fact so small, if I would've known that the rooms were so small I would have booked my stay at ibis at a much lower price.
The walls are so thin, I could hear people going in and out of their room, their conversations, a baby that wouldn't stop crying and screaming at 6 in the morning
My room was a connecting room and I could not lock the connecting door from inside, they said that the door from outside was locked but how could I be sure? I was traveling alone so I slept with fear that someone could open the door my entire stay
The room was not entirely cleaned when I arrived, there were capsules of coffee in the floor
The towels didn't seem clean, and of course, if they ask guests to throw them in the floor so that they know you want them to be replaced, they should just ask to be placed on the sink. This practice seems disgusting to me.
The mattress and the pillows are hard as a rock, when I asked if I could have a softer pillow they just said no
In fact the staff seems like they can be bother to help the guests, when I asked if I could have an iron they said: ok, can I send it over tomorrow? If I needed the iron the next day I wouldn't have called that day to ask for it...
Overall, it's not worth the money, if I could I would ask my money back, so terrible.
