My overall experience is negative and I cannot recommend this hotel!
- Apartment with technical defects, located directly at the hotel entrance door (noisy), at ground level on the street (passers-by stared into the room)
- It was not that clean
- Breakfast buffet with very limited selection and quality and unconventional with tiny portion glasses even for the margarine
- Staff only on site in the morning, endeavoured and friendly, but not helpful and it does not support with activity planning
- Communication in advance was terrible! Management, telephone operators and staff on site do not pass on information to each other, so check-in was a disaster
- I didn't feel welcome at all
I will visit Norderney again, but I will definitely choose a different accommodation.
