We will definitely return to Ibis Style. The receptionist (Andrei) was welcoming and helpful. 🐶 loved it here too. It is a very dog friendly hotel and allowed in the breakfast area. Room was clean and spotless. Only a minor comment would be the water pressure in the bathroom could be better. It is near to Ealing Broadway station, easy to navigate in London.

2 Night stay to see daughter and grand daughter. Excellent from arrival to departure. Lovely hotel, very quiet and relaxed. Staff friendly and helpful. This was an excellent hotel that started from a very professional unfriendly check-in. Because of my Accor membership I was able to check in early which is a great help on the day. The room was very comfortable clean and had everything I needed the staff throughout were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
