Room and location great
The King Suite was great. Two separate rooms with a door to close. Both had large TVs so if you're up early you can close bedroom door and watch whatever without disturbing your mate. Restaurant and bar are not on hotel property but they are next door. Very good food and drink not cheap bur really good.

An overall good experience. Staff was awesome. We wanted to experience an old building in the French Quarter and not one of the chain hotels. The La Galerie Hotel did not disappoint. While the rooms are old, they are clean and well kept. Staff are very kind and helpful. We got the kind of attention you cannot get in a big hotel. Lobby is well done and inviting.
