To be avoided
Imagine a hotel that:
1. Although in your reservation you have paid for breakfast, in the breakfast room there is a notice warning that "Dear guests, American coffee, espreso, capuccino and fresh juice" are not included and that you must pay them additionally (see photo)
2. The price of these extras is 3 times the price in the city.
3. That breakfast quality is the worst of our four hotels visited in Uzbekistan.
4. That you present your reservation when you arrive in the morning from the airport and although they confirm that they have a lot of free rooms ready to be occupied, they tell you that the check-in is from 2pm, but that if you pay as an extra 50% of the price of the room you can use it before.
5. You leave the baggage to the bell-boy and when you finally occupy your room it takes 25 minutes to take it to your room after repeated telephone claims. And... finally you decide to go directly to the basement and pick them up because they are not in a locked place.
If you prefer a customer-centered hotel instead of an exclusively profit-centered business this is definitely not your hotel.
