Overall good
Overall it is a good, clean hotel with great staff. The only issue was that we paid for breakfast and arrived at 8 ish with lots of time until breakfast was over, there was only cereal, bread, cheese, ham and croissants and when we asked about eggs etc the staff member said there were none left and no more eggs had been delivered. My little girl only wanted a boiled egg.

Not so clean, located in a "poor" area, staff was nice, breakfast was convenient.
Had to make our own 3rd bed.
Good for a one night stop.

It is a budget hotel, bed was comfortable, shower is setup weird, had to stand in the hallway to get dressed, I traveled with my grown children. Lots of homeless people hanging around near the hotel although they didn't bother us. Its a rough part of the city. The hotel people helped the best they could. Skip the breakfast, not worth the $10. The milk was left out so long, it was warm. The hotel was clean and we had fresh towels each day. We used Bolt and the subway. Taxi's are supper expensive. Bolt is like uber, just download the app. They usually only accept cash.. There were a few night we had loud neighbor's but that's not the hotels fault..Safe travels...

I found the breakfast good but it takes a long time to replenish the items, the bed is comfortable and the hotel is close to the subway.

I called to ask about check in hours because it was December 31 and I planned to stay celebrating new year and get to the hotel around 2am on January 1, the receptionist was rude and. Without a clear explanation charge me €20 in cash, the neighborhood is dirty full of garbage and feels unsafe. Terrible.

The area around the property did not feel particularly safe at night (although it probably looks worse than it is). It also has very limited facilities for eating, and the space in the room is virtually non-existent. Only for real budget travellers.

In the morning, the water from the shower was cold. I had to wait until later each morning, for the water to be hot enough to take a shower. And too, the sink in the room did not drain properly.
However, despite what others have said, I had no problems with the window, which sealed properly and kept out most noise.
The staff were all fairly friendly.
One other thing - the hotel was more than a kilometre away from the nearest Metro station, and you had to walk through quite a rough area to get to it, with quite a few homeless people and druggies.

Not so bad.
No aircon in the room which made it quite stuffy even with the window fully open.
Could do with a new lick of paint.

Disgusting rooms in a disgusting location. The whole area smelt of pee. I did not end up staying and lost my money unfortunately.

Not recommended
Unless you need to spend a night in Paris and looking for a budget hotel I won’t recommend it otherwise. Crowded and small. The structure is funny and inconvenient.

Terrible stay, terrible, dangerous area
The area is really dangerous during the day and night, also lot of trash everywhere.
Slow check in.
The room is pretty basic, toilet looks like you are in the jail or similar, no seat cover or lid.
The bed was okay
Under the bed lot of dust and hair

the worse hotel ever, bad neighborhoods, looks like a ghetto people have a market in the next block. You can not walk around the neighborhood safe. I arrived almost at midnight but we changed hotel the next morning. it was a two single bed room but it was so small and claustrophobic.

In general it was acceptable but our window were not fit for purpose as the level of noise was unbearable. Our window had a red marker in the outside making us to believe that it is to be replaced, it was not closing properly at all.
Breakfast was very poor, not many option and the fruit salad was horrible with a terrible taste, not sure what kind of juice they use but it should be replaced for a decent one.

Amazing value
For the price paid, can’t fault it.
Yes, the bathroom layout (sink in the room, shower with a hole instead of a lock) was strange, but can be overlooked when you take into account what you’re paying and how much other hotels are.
The area might make some people feel uncomfortable, but I never felt threatened. 2 metro stations are close by and you can be in the centre quite quickly. Possibly factor in taking a taxi from the metro to the hotel if you’re travelling back late and you’re not used to staying in borderline sketchy neighbourhoods.
Included breakfast was decent to set you up for the day.

Bad service and a stinking attitude
Lazy workers that are full.of attiude if u ask them a simple question. Very hostile vibe and the over all area is a little bit dodgy. Any time we went to go ask one of the staff a question they'd direct us to go stand in the que (where we'd wait ages becaused only 1 person at the desk and super slow service). On arrival they dont explain the timings of ANYTHING or the services available. We didnt know hotel cafe timings or anything. Then when we did go into the cafe for a coffee the guy who was there had a horrible attitude and kept telling us to leave as its closed (there were still people there and still had 10mins left till closing). All in all, rude, full of attitude and SH*T service. Worst hotel I've been to in my life. They also don't clean the upper bunker - it was left there as a mess every day, so I'm not sure exactly what they cleaned. SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND GO SOMEWHERE NICER - THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF MONEY.
If you want decent service and an area youll feel safe in id recommend staying closer to the centre in Monmarte near Mamiche bakery somewhere. Plenty of hotels down that side and good transport links
