The staff were nice and friendly. The room though I get that I can’t expect much as it is a budget friendly hotel but I at least expect it to be clean and decent. The breakfast was good. However the room felt out of date, the bathroom was dirty and falling apart with molds on the side, and the bed sheet didn’t even fit the bed.

This property is totally different to what displayed on the website and the room where so dirty and there was blood stains in the toilet. Zero security in the hotel and too many people over drunk people around in the hotel lobby. This should be zero star hotel. Highly disappointed.

The lobby is nicely decorated and clean the room however was poor. It was on the first floor was dated with stains on the floor and light switches. The room smelt of smoke as it had a covered balcony which was used as a smoking room with cigarette burns on the chairs. As it was on the first floor people would be outside the room window on the street smoking which added to the smell. They did offer us another room but decided to leave and book somewhere else. It was a bit out of the way and a 20 minute walk to the city centre and it was a steep hill on the way back.

Högljudd kyl, vi var pÄ vÀg att dra ut sladden. Frukostbuffén: extremt oengagerad personal. Smutsiga bestick (nÀr de vÀl fylldes pÄ, efter att vi pÄtalat att de var slut). NÀr vi sa att juicen var slut bemöttes vi med ett "jaha" och en axelryckning. Disk pÄ samtliga bord. Sparsmakad frukostbuffé, men det fanns tillrÀckligt att vÀlja pÄ. Att hotellet inte Àr nyrenoverat kan ha sin charm, men en uppfrÀscning Àr definitivt nödvÀndig!
