One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not the type whi was expecting 5star hotel treatment, but as a big international brand I was definitely waiting more. Firstly, my flight got cancelled and I ended up arriving one day later. They refused to refund this day, which would be kind from their side, but it’s understandable. However, first nigght the shower was weak and cold, second night no TV. Also no table for breakfast, at any time. Had to had breakfast in a starbucks one day and next day had to eat stading up by the pool. But the craziest part is that the hotel charges parking fee if you call a uber or uber eats (in this case grab)! Believe me: they charge the driver, and consequently the guest who is staying there everytime you go in or out by taxi, uber (grab), or order food. You can either walk to the street or pay the fee literally for pick up or drop off. Ahh, before I forget, there is a race track in front of the hotel, full time engine and drift noise. If you expect to work, forget it. In general, a bad experience that makes me rethink if will ever stay again in IHG hotel.
