If you like swimming in the sea, this hotel is for you! It is located directly at the beach, just walk out and swim. People are very friendly. Breakfast is tasty and you have a lot of choices. You can walk to Douarnenez. And you can find many nice places to eat in walking distance.

Unfortunately the front desk staff has an attitude, and bizarrely, apparently they lied to several guest by saying hat the restaurant was full; but when we came back in the evening, we saw the restaurant almost empty, the waiters confirmed the restaurant had not been full at all, rather the opposite. and then we witnessed another guest complaining at the front desk for the same thing, it appeared they had been lied to as well. An older man at the front desk does have a nasty attitude, and is followed by an older female colleague who does the same. The establishment is let down by run down facilities, some areas really are not clean, terrasses, bathroom screens and corners in our room, the terrasse screen..covered in bird s... fortunately we only paid for one night, so we will quickly forget this experience. The town also has an eerie feel, and the locals do not seem to value tourism here.

Changement de chambre pour faire face a un problème de wi-fi qui n’a jamais été réglé pendant notre séjour. Impression de déranger à l’accueil lorsque nous nous interrogions sur les lacunes du service. C’est très préjudiciable pour un hôtel classé quatre étoiles.

Incompétence
Nous avons été très déçu par la compétence des personnes responsables de l'accueil et des problèmes de communication entre elles dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles. J'avais réservé 2 chambres par l'intermédiaire de leur partenaire "hôtels.com", une pour ma Maman de 91 ans et une autre pour ma sœur et moi. A notre arrivée, une seule chambre était réservée. J'avais pourtant la preuve de mes 2 réservations sur l'application "hôtels.com". L'hôtesse d'accueil, a essayé de me donner des explications complètement saugrenues à ce problème, en rejetant la faute sur moi et en m'affirmant que j'avais annulé la réservation d'une des chambres. Elle a fini par nous trouver une autre chambre, mais le tarif annoncé pour les deux chambres était passé de 1370€ (tarif annoncé par " hôtels.com) à 1980€, soit environ 600€ de plus sur un séjour de 4 jours pour 2 chambres !! Complètement abasourdie par cette annonce, je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit et le lendemain matin, je suis retournée à l'accueil pour élucider ce problème de réservation et ce surcoût disproportionné, alors que je n'y étais pour rien. Après avoir fourni à nouveau toutes les preuves de ma réservation confirmée et ayant une autre hôtesse d'accueil en face de moi, à priori plus expérimentée, j'ai fini par avoir gain de cause. Au moment de régler en fin de séjour, le tarif n'était toujours pas le bon, et il a encore fallu que je parlemente avec encore une autre hôtesse d'accueil ( très gentille et compréhensive) pour réparer l'erreur.

Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles
Nous avons été de déception en déception. Tout a commencé par la chambre vue mer. Au premier étage, c’est plutôt une vue sur les toits avec un bout de mer en fond de panorama. Nous avons ensuite été au spa marin. Nous sommes plus proche d’une piscine municipale que d’un spa. Pour nous remonter le moral, nous avons été à la tisanerie. Nous avons encore été déçus car aucune place n’était disponible pour s’installer sur un transat Direction le bar de l’hôtel pour prendre un petit remontant. La porte du bar restaurant était fermée. Le Personnel était en train de manger. À quelle heure prendre l’apéritif si ce n’est avant le repas du soir ? Nous avons fini par prendre notre cocktail en chambre. Le petit déjeuner était convenable, mais aucune attention particulière en terme de dressage de table ou de service. N’avons pas l’habitude de mettre des commentaires, mais nous les utilisons souvent. C’est donc exceptionnellement que nous en mettons un pour éviter que d’autres personnes soient déçu comme nous l’avons été.
