The current staff has been the nicest. We stay here at least twice a year. It would've been 5 star if they could finally get rid of the roaches. I will say we only saw 5 in a weeks time but that's still a lot. While I'm not at all comfortable with the bugs, It's better than the two other hotels next to it though who are raided with them yet cost $20 more a night. I feel like this hotel is in better condition than it was the last 2 years.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Worst Stay ever. And we are platinum members, meaning we stay in hotels a lot. Super rude staff at front desk. We ask for extra blankets because it was raining and the girl literally yell at us. We had to check out and go to the hotel next door in the middle of the snow as this hotel was the worst stay in every aspect.

The staff is A top notch! The rooms are large with out door grilling area mini kitchen with microwave, fridge with freezer and 2 burners to cook on with cupboards. Plenty of parking and a beautiful grassy area behind the hotel to get out and walk around.

We paid for the kitchenette but the room smelled terrible like mildew and the beds felt wet. We also saw roaches - though common in this area, still means the facility isn't being treated properly. We got switched to another room but it was a very basic room so I basically paid $20+ for nothing. We stay here at least twice a year around the same time of year, so I was disappointed in our experience this time. The clerk at the desk was nice though. Just wish I didn't pay the extra for nothing.

Great stay if u are looking for affordable,doesn't look great from outside but it was definitely one of the best "cheap" rooms I've stayed in. The 1 and only complaint is the water pressure being low so the water took awhile and the hot water wasn't great(still warm but not hot). Will definitely stay when in the area again
