Local bus 120 leaves right infront of the hotel. Easy to go to the falls (both sides) and to airport. Staff was extremely friendly. Good breakfast.

Place was fine overall. If you're looking for a more traditional hotel stay, probs not the best bet but makes for a satisfactory hostel stay. Breakfast was great, wifi was great, bed was comfy, the single room was very spacious, the cleaning of the room wasn't the best at all, staff was awesome. Immediate area is fine, Centro is filled w good restaurants

Functional but needs some TLC
The staff make this place, they were amazing and super accommodating with our flight delay and the 24/7 reception desk was great. Nothing was too big for them to help with and we felt very safe there as 2 female travellers. The room facilities were very very bare bones and the condition of our room was not great. There was a burn mark from a lamp on our bedside table and there was only one pillow each, the air conditioning remote and the tv remote also didn’t really work and at times we struggled to get the power on as the keycard slot was a little dodgy. It was pretty clean, but could have been a bit cleaner for our tastes. However, the breakfast was really great and the hotel was located and perfect for our needs. Value for money was amazing and if you want something functional and fuss free for a trip to the falls I would still recommend this place.

O hotel tem boa estrutura e equipe, porém tivemos um problema com a energia! Ficamos mais de 20 horas sem energia e o gerente não teve competência para solucionar! Dormimos no escuro, sem ar-condicionado, sem elevador, sem frigobar etc. Para piorar eu fiquei hospedado no 7 andar e tive que subir e descer as escadas diversas vezes! Sou idoso, tenho 66 anos e problema cardíaco! Incrível como não conseguiram correr atrás de uma solução! Foi um sacrilégio!
