大浴場のお湯が超ぬるい
接客は非常に良かった。 一方で部屋の加湿・空気清浄機は壊れており全面パネルが外れている状態。 最も不満だったのは大浴場のお湯がぬるすぎたこと。 26時まで入浴可能であったため、24時行ったところぬるま湯で身体が冷え切ってしまった。非常に残念。

タオルがほしい
タオルが不足しました。天然温泉がありこのホテルを選んだので利用させて戴きましたが、使用済みのタオルを浴場に置いてくると部屋で使うタオルがないため、濡れたまま持ち帰りました。プラスチックごみ削減でビニール袋を置くのも難しいでしょうが、何か工夫がほしいところです。

このクラスのホテルでは珍しく、チェックイン前に預けた荷物を部屋に運んでくれていました。非常にスムーズでした。天然温泉は決して大きくはありませんが、ありがたい設備です。 夜利用した際は、更衣室に蒸気が充満してしまっていました。換気の改善が必要かもしれません。 そのほか、部屋も新しい設備ではないもののすべての調度品が整備されていて快適でした。
